Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. The service

CrashClaim AI provides a free, automated tool that generates educational estimates of potential personal-injury settlement values, and — if you request it — connects you with third-party attorneys and legal-services providers. By using this site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

CrashClaim AI is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service certified by any bar association. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Using the site, receiving an estimate, or being connected with an attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. Any relationship you form with an attorney is solely between you and that attorney.

3. Estimates are educational only

Estimates are generated automatically from the limited information you provide. They are not guarantees, offers, appraisals, or predictions of any recovery. Actual case values depend on facts we do not evaluate — including medical records, insurance limits, liability, and applicable law — and may be zero. Do not make decisions about your claim based on an estimate from this site.

4. Consent to be contacted

If you submit your contact information with the consent box checked, you agree that CrashClaim AI and its participating attorneys and marketing partners may contact you by phone call, text message, and email at the contact information you provided, including through automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of using the service. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts from that sender.

5. Compensation disclosure

We may receive compensation from attorneys, law firms, and marketing partners to whom your information is provided. Participating attorneys pay for connection to potential clients; they are not endorsed or vetted by any bar association through this site.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for yourself (or someone you are legally authorized to act for), and not to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrashClaim AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, any estimate, or any interaction with attorneys or partners connected through the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: millerpresto@gmail.com
